CloudPageBlob.OpenWrite ()	Opens a stream for writing to the blob. This method is not supported for page blobs.
CloudPageBlob.OpenWrite (BlobRequestOptions)	Opens a stream for writing to the blob. This method is not supported for page blobs, using a conditional request based on the BlobRequestOptions specified.
