Name	Description
CloudPageBlob.UploadFile (String)	Uploads a file from the file system to a blob. This method is not supported for page blobs.
CloudPageBlob.UploadFile (String, BlobRequestOptions)	Uploads a file from the file system to a blob, using a conditional request based on the BlobRequestOptions specified. This method is not supported for page blobs.
