CloudQueue.BeginGetMessage (AsyncCallback, Object)	Begins an asynchronous operation to get a single message from the queue.
CloudQueue.BeginGetMessage (TimeSpan, AsyncCallback, Object)	Begins an asynchronous operation to get a single message from the queue, and specifies how long it should be reserved before it becomes visible, and therefore available for deletion.
