CloudPageBlob.ClearPages (Int64, Int64)	Clears pages from a page blob.
CloudPageBlob.ClearPages (Int64, Int64, BlobRequestOptions)	Clears pages from a page blob, using a conditional request based on the BlobRequestOptions specified.
