Reset Module

Description
When the Reset Module is sent to a network module, it resets all I/O modules in the bank and sets the turnaround delay for all modules to zero. When this command is sent to an I/O module, it resets that module and sets the turnaround delay for that module to zero. In each case, the module or modules are initialized to factory default settings if the Snapshot is disabled, and to Snapshot settings if the Snapsot is enabled.
