Disconnecting From an FTP Server (Host)

Click Close on the Connection menu to disconnect from an FTP server.

Use the close command to disconnect from an FTP server. The close command does not terminate the FTP application. When you finish using the FTP application, type quit or exit to disconnect from any FTP server(s) and close FTP.
