How to revoke permissions on multiple objects from a user, group, or role (Enterprise Manager)
To revoke permissions on multiple objects from a user, group, or role
- Expand a server group, and then expand a server.
- Expand Databases, and then expand the database to which the user, group, or role belongs.
- Depending on the type of user, group, or role from which permissions will be revoked, click either Users or Roles.
- In the details pane, right-click the user or group from which permissions will be revoked, point to All Tasks, and then click Manage Permissions. If you are revoking permission from a role, right-click the role to which permissions will be denied, click Properties, and then click Permissions.
- Click List all objects, and then select the permission to revoke for each object.
An empty box indicates a revoked permission. Only permissions applicable to the object are listed.
