MaQs       Add Preference Category

 

 

The following form will appear after clicking Add Preference Category.

 

* Mandatory fields are highlighted in yellow.

 

Category

Category name.

Category Type

Select a category type from drop down list.

Auto Assign

Select if it is a default preference category.

This Preference Category is Inactive

Select if the preference category is no longer available.

Provide audit trail for every single change.

 

When all records have been added, click Save.
