The MMC Console
The MMC hosts the ArchestrA Log Viewer user interface. From the MMC, you use the ArchestrA Log Viewer to view and manage messages sent to the ArchestrA Logger.
This book describes how to use the ArchestrA Log Viewer only. It describes functions of the MMC if they are required to explain the ArchestrA Log Viewer. For more information about the MMC, click Help on the MMC Action menu.
The ArchestrA Log Viewer user interface changes depending on which item is selected in the console tree or message window. For example, the title bar shows the name of the item selected from the console tree, and the status bar shows either the condition of the item selected in the console tree or a brief description of the menu bar command you point to.
