Adding Bookmarks

You can insert a bookmark to return to a message later.

  1. Right-click a message in the message window.
  • On the Bookmark menu, click Add Bookmark. The Add Bookmark dialog box appears.
  • Accept the default name or create your own.
  • Click OK.

    • You cannot enter the same bookmark name for more than one message, and each message can have only one bookmark.
