struct fnet_sockaddr address
 Server socket address.
If server IP address is set to 0s, the server will listen to all current network interfaces.
If server address family is set to 0, it will be assigned to AF_SUPPORTED.

 Maximum number of retransmissions.
If no response from a TFTP client is received till maximum retransmission number is reached, the TFTP server cancels the data transfer.
