Embedded TCP/IP stack: fnet_strncpy

Copies part of a string.

Parameters

dest	Pointer to the destination buffer where the content is to be copied.
src	Pointer to the null-terminated string to be copied.
n	Maximum number of characters to be copied.

This function copies the first n characters of the string pointed by src into the buffer pointed by dest.
The result string is null-terminated.
