The 8-bit Real-Time Counter (RTC) module:

  • 1 = The platform uses the 8-bit Real-Time Counter (RTC) module as the FNET timer.
  • 0 = The platform does not have the 8-bit Real-Time Counter (RTC) module.

    NOTE: User application should not change this parameter.
