niRFSA_GetFetchBacklog
ViStatus = niRFSA_GetFetchBacklog( ViSession vi, ViConstString channelList, ViInt64 recordNumber, ViInt64* backlog);
Purpose
Returns the number of points acquired that have not been fetched yet.
Parameters
