Print a PivotTable list

• On the Microsoft Internet Explorer File menu, click Print.

Notes

• If the PivotTable list is wider or longer than the printed page, the areas that don't fit on the page are not printed.
• The Web browser prints only the parts of the PivotTable list that are not hidden and that you have scrolled to during the browser session. For example, if you display only higher levels of detail or if you hide detail data, the hidden detail data is not printed. And if you scrolled from the beginning to the end of the data in the PivotTable list, the entire list is printed.
• For more control over how the data is printed, including the ability to print a long list and set page breaks, you can export the PivotTable list to Microsoft Excel. For information about printing from Excel, see Excel Help.
