Customers, in Amazon's Order Pipeline, can specify that items be shipped either
all together or as soon as they are available. In the second case, called a split
shipment, it is possible for some items to be mailed before others. In this case, the
values of the
Condition
parameter might be different for each
TransactionItemId..
