The Customize command for toolbars is not available.

The Customize command (View menu, Toolbars submenu) is not available unless you open Microsoft Graph by doing the following:

• In the program where you created a Microsoft Graph chart, click a chart, point to Chart Object on the Edit menu, and then click Open.

  If you double-clicked the Microsoft Graph chart to edit it, close Microsoft Graph by clicking the document, form, or slide in the program, and then follow the procedure above.
