Reestablish links between number formats used on a datasheet and a related chart

If you have changed the number formatting in a chart, the number formatting is no longer linked to the datasheet cells.

  1. To reestablish number formats for labels along an axis, double-click the appropriate axis.

    To reestablish number formats for data labels or a trendline label, double-click the item.

  2. On the Number tab, select the Linked to source check box.
