Create a chart by using Microsoft Graph

When you create a chart by using Microsoft Graph, chart data is displayed in a table called a "datasheet." The datasheet provides sample information that shows where to type your own row and column labels and data.

  1. In the program where you want to insert the chart, click Object on the Insert menu, and then click the Create New tab.
  2. In the Object type box, click Microsoft Graph Chart, and then click OK.
  3. To replace the sample data, type the information you want on the datasheet.
