Load Text Keys CheckBox

Load keys from the ChordFile. Used to compare calculated keys with.

Use ChordFile CheckBox

Check to calculate keys from the ChordFile chords.

This is only useful if you have don't have a midifile. It is likely to be less accurate than using a midifile, but can be useful if you have created a ChordFile manually.

Flat Option

Give equal weight to all selected notes present in the MidiFile (excluding percussion and pitchbent notes.)

Weighted Option

Weight the notes according to the number of tracks that contain the note.

Zero Inertia Option

No Inertia - set the key for a bar independently of other bars.

Non-Zero Inertias Options

Set Inertia - the greater the Inertia, the less often the key will change.

Recalculate Button

Calculate the keys for all Inertias and display the results in the main panel.

Apply Button

Apply the calculated keys to the MidiFile, using the selected Inertia.

Apply and Close Button

Apply the CalcKeys algorithm to the MidiFile and close this window.
