File -> Save Play to File

Save audio synchronisation data in the Project directory with extension .chtc

Edit -> Selected -> Remove Record

Clear the Record Track from the synchronisation data.

Edit -> Selected -> Remove Play

Clear the Play Track from the synchronisation data.

Edit -> Selected -> Copy Record to Play

Clear the Play Track and copy all data in the Record Track to the Play Track
