How to open a form

You can open custom forms that you create in Microsoft Outlook. How you open a custom form depends on where you saved it.

To open a form Do this
In the Folder Forms Library Select the folder in which you saved the form. On the Actions menu, select the form that you want to open.
In the Organizational Forms Library On the File menu, click New, and then click Choose Form. If necessary, on the Choose Form dialog box, click Organizational Forms Library in the Look In box.
In the Personal Forms Library On the File menu, click New, and then click Choose Form. If necessary, on the Choose Form dialog box, click Personal Forms Library in the Look In box.
Saved as an Outlook template On the File menu, click New, and then click Choose Form. If necessary, on the Choose Form dialog box, click User Templates in File System in the Look In box.
Saved as a file On the Tools menu, click Find. In the Find pane, click Advanced Find. In the Look for box, click Files (Outlook/Exchange), and then type the name of the file in the Named box.
