Examples of standard formats for data types
You can format fields that you create with different formats based on the data type. The following table provides a list of some of the formats that Microsoft Outlook includes.
For a complete list of standard formats available for a field in a view, click Arrange By on the View menu, then click Current View, and then click Format Columns. Select the field you want to format in the Available fields box, and then select a format in the Format list. If you don't find the format you want, you can create a custom format with a Formula data type and the Format function.
