Configure Deskbar options
  1. Click inside the Deskbar search box, click Windows Logo, and then point to Deskbar Options.
  2. Select from the following options:
    • Enable Search As I Type: Choose whether you want Windows Desktop Search to start searching as soon as you start typing.
    • Save Search History: Choose whether you want your search history to appear in the Windows Desktop Results window.
    • Display Go Button: Hide or display the go button go button.
    • Search Desktop or Search Web: Choose whether you want the default location to be your computer or the Internet.

A check mark indicates that an option has been selected.
