Automatically show all items

  1. Click the title bar of the PivotTable list.
  2. On the PivotTable list toolbar, click Commands and Options Button image, and then click the Behavior tab.
  3. Set Expand items by default to Always.

Notes

  • To hide all items, select Never in the Expand items by default list. If you set Expand items by default to Automatic, fields from tabular sources will be expanded by default, but fields from OLAP databases will be hidden.

  • To automatically show all details in a PivotTable list, on the Behavior tab, set Expand details by default to Always.
