Install fonts that support multiple languages
In most cases, Microsoft Office 2003 Setup automatically installs or updates the fonts that support different languages, but in some cases
Note If you are using Microsoft Windows XP, Arial Unicode MS, the universal font for Unicode, is automatically installed.
In addition, when you enable editing for East Asian, right-to-left, or complex script languages, one or two fonts will be installed per language. Installing Microsoft Office 2003 Proofing Tools sometimes adds an additional font for each East Asian, right-to-left, or complex script language already enabled for editing.

Note Because of its considerable size (24 MB) and the typographic compromises required to make such a font, Arial Unicode MS is best used only when you cannot apply multiple fonts in a document. For example, if you have multilingual data in Microsoft Access from many different writing systems, you can use Arial Unicode MS as the font to display the data tables because these can't accept many fonts.
