About checking grammar and writing style

In Microsoft Office Word 2003, you can check the grammar and writing style of text in a document according to the rules of a different language. You can do so all at once or automatically as you type.

Before you can check the grammar and writing style of text automatically as you type, you must do the following:

1. Enable editing for the language.
2. Turn on automatic language detection.
