Configuring a Simulation Driver Session

A simulation driver session refers to a particular simulation driver and to the initial attribute settings for that driver. Multiple simulation driver sessions can exist for each simulation driver software module.

To configure the properties of a new simulation driver session or to modify an existing simulation driver session, complete the following steps:

1. Click the appropriate driver session in the MAX configuration tree.
2. Click one or more of the following tabs in the configuration view and enter the appropriate configuration information:
   • General Tab
   • Initial Settings Tab
3. After you complete your configuration, click Save IVI Configuration at the top of the configuration view to save the new driver session configuration. If you decide not to save your changes, click Revert to revert to the previous configuration.
