Instrument Driver Software Modules

An instrument driver software module specifies a code module, such as a DLL, for a specific driver. The class driver uses the code module to communicate with the hardware. The instrument driver software module also specifies the Prefix, Module Path, Prog ID, Supported Instrument Models, and Published API.
