Physical Names

This table represents a mapping between the physical name of an instrument and the associated repeated capability name.

The table contains the following fields:

• Physical Name–Enter the physical name that you want to associate with the repeated capability name.
• Repeated Capability Name–Enter the repeated capability name that is published by an IVI driver. The repeated capability is an instrument capability for which you can configure multiple instances independently. Examples of repeated capabilities include channels on an oscilloscope, traces on a spectrum analyzer, and markers on a RF signal generator.
