Enabling User Phrase Tool

To Open User Phrase Tool, you have to enable User Phrase first. Follow the steps to enable User Phrase Tool:

1. Click the Tool menu button on the Language Bar and select Properties. Properties dialog box appears.
2. On the Dictionary Tab, check Enable user phrase check box.
