Show or hide the Commands and Options dialog box

1. In the design window, make sure the PivotTable list is activated. For instructions, see Help for your design program.
2. Do one of the following:
   • If the toolbar is displayed, click Commands and Options on the toolbar.
   • If the toolbar is hidden, right-click the PivotTable list, and then click Commands and Options.

Note  If you leave the Commands and Options dialog box displayed while you select different parts of the PivotTable list or other Microsoft Office Web Components, the available sections and their contents change to reflect your current selection. If you select a part of the Web page other than an Office Web Component, the dialog box will be hidden.
