Format the contents of a PivotTable list to read right to left or left to right

Use right-to-left display when your PivotTable list will be viewed in languages that are read from right to left. When you select right-to-left display, the elements of the PivotTable list are displayed as a mirror image of the default left-to-right display: The drop areas are on the upper-right side of the PivotTable list, row fields are in the rightmost columns, and items in column fields are listed from right to left.

1. In the design window, make sure the PivotTable list is activated. For instructions, see Help for your design program.
2. Click the title bar of the PivotTable list.
3. Click Commands and Options on the toolbar, and then click the Behavior tab.
4. Select or clear the Display right to left check box.
