Type: SystemInt32
The number of rows
lenC
Type: SystemInt32
The number of columns

Type: Microsoft.FSharp.CoreFSharpFuncInt32, FSharpFuncInt32, Double
The function to call to compute the elements of the array. It will get called with the row first and then the column (curried).
