        tol : FSharpOption<float> -> CSMat

m: Type: Microsoft.Research.LiquidCMat
The source matrix.
tol: Type: Microsoft.FSharp.CoreFSharpOptionDouble
An optional tolerance for identifying zero elements. The default is to use Complex.tol as the maximum magnitude to consider 0.
