Network requirements
Voice Capture Solo Client requires open ports between the Supervisor's PC and all client PCs. A firewall may block these ports, resulting in an impaired ability to monitor and/or record calls.
If you need to use Voice Capture Solo Client in a firewalled environment, IPFX recommends manually setting Voice Capture Solo Client's port range, and opening this port range on the firewall.
