Sets or retrieves the chordmap.

Element	Description
Track type	Chordmap
Data type (*pParam)	IDirectMusicChordMap8 interface pointer or address of a variable to receive this pointer.
mtTime	The time, in track time, at which to add the chordmap to the track, or the time at or directly after the chordmap to be retrieved from the track.
