IDirectMusicPerformance8::GetBumperLength
The GetBumperLength method retrieves the interval between the time at which messages are placed in the port buffer and the time at which they begin to be processed by the port.
Syntax
HRESULT GetBumperLength(
DWORD* pdwMilliSeconds
);
Parameters
pdwMilliSeconds
Address of a variable to receive the buffer length.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK.
If it fails, the method can return E_POINTER.
Remarks
The default value is 50 milliseconds.
