1.2 Software Prerequisites
IBM i
TCP/IP support is provided by IBM. You need to configure TCP/IP following the instructions provided by the IBM documentation and then start TCP using the command STRTCP.
Windows Client and Host
TCP/IP support is provided by all supported versions of Windows.
Linux
TCP/IP support is provided by all supported versions of Linux.
