Software Requirements

LANSA Client requires the following software to be installed on the workstation:

  • A supported version of Windows as per the Supported Platforms document for this version on the LANSA web site.
  • Communications software supported by LANSA Client, that is TCP/IP.

LANSA Client requires the following to be on the host:

  • LANSA Version 13 SP1 or later.

The communications between client and host are handled by LANSA's middleware, LANSA Open. TheL LANSA Open Guide is available on the LANSA Windows CD.
