Working with Configuration Window

Configuration window allows user to work with configuration values.  It allows reading, modifying and writing parameter values on a device.  User can also open and save the values to files.  There are two types of configuration parameter: Device Specific and Network Specific.  Device Specific parameters are parameters that are only associated to a device.  Network Specific parameters are parameters that are associated to the network.  Network Specific parameters should be set to the same values for all devices across the network.
