This section displays version information about URA and the connected reader. When contacting ThingMagic support for issues found while using URA it is recommended this information be provided.

RFID Engine - type of reader connected to.
Firmware Version - firmware running on the connected reader.
Hardware Version - version of hardware (can be useful to support when issues arise).
Universal Reader Assistant - running version of URA
MercuryAPI Version - version of the MercuryAPI SDK this URA was built with.
