Latitude
Latitude in decimal degrees and in range between -90 to 90 degrees.Negative values are in the South relative to the Equator and positive are on the North
Longitude
Longitude in decimal degrees and in range between -180 to 180 degrees.Negative values are in the West relative to the Greenwich meridian and positive are on the East
Returns a point in Drawing World Coordinate System from the passed (Latitude and Longitude)

Parameters

Latitude
