Finding and Replacing Text

These procedures describe how to find and replace text in the Editor pane.

To find text

1. Select Find from the Query menu.
   
   
2. Enter the text to be found.
   
   
3. Specify the search direction.
   
   
4. For a case sensitive search, select Match Case.

To replace text

1. Select Replace from the Query menu.
   
   
2. Enter the text to be found.
   
   
3. Enter the replacement text.
   
   
4. Specify the search direction.
   
   
5. For a case sensitive search, select Match Case.
   
   
6. Replace occurrences individually by clicking Find Next and then Replace.

   Replace all occurrences by clicking Replace All.
