property MouseEvents: Boolean;
Description
Returns True if the LOB_MOUSE_EVENTS bit in LayerOptions is set; otherwise False is returned. Setting MouseEvents changes the LOB_MOUSE_EVENTS bit in LayerOptions accordingly.
