All Configuration, and Base-Data information of the control center is kept in plain-text files in the same folder as the executable. If any of these files are missing, or inconsistent, it will automatically be recreated by the control center with the 'factory settings'.
You can edit all of these files with notepad, but we will still recommend editing with the control center itself. Here are the detailed information on each configuration file, and how to edit using notepad:
