Installation:
You do not have to use the Full-Installer to run the control center.
However, you will still need following microsoft user-controls, and Microsoft Visual Basic 6 Runtime SP6:
Following files are configuration files of the control center, and they will automatically be created in case they are inconsistent, or do not exist: Please see the Appendix A for detailed description of these files, and how to edit them to mod control center.
