		INT32	value
	)			`[virtual]`

Inserts the specified item at the specified index within the collection. Items following the insertion point are moved down to accommodate the new item.

.NET Syntax

virtual void Insert(int index, int value);

Java Syntax

virtual void Insert(int index, int value);

PHP Syntax

virtual void Insert(int index, int value);

Parameters:

	index	(int) Input index
	value	(int) Input value

Returns:: Returns nothing

Exceptions:

	MgIndexOutOfRangeException	if index is out of range
	MgDuplicateObjectException	if it is duplicate
