Prepare Whitelist
A system Whitelist can speed up scans by ignoring known safe files. A Whitelist should only be created on an known uninfected system. We recommend that you only use a new system, after all software has been set up, but before connecting it to the Internet when creating the Whitelist if you intend using this feature.
Whitelist Preparation is not available in Start Center
The Start Center shows this module only on systems that are not older than 30 days. It is recommended to create a whitelist in the scenario described above.
