Public Instance Constructors

InflaterInputStream Overloaded. Initializes a new instance of the InflaterInputStream class.

Public Instance Properties

Available Returns 0 once the end of the stream (EOF) has been reached. Otherwise returns 1.
CanRead Gets a value indicating whether the current stream supports reading
CanSeek Gets a value of false indicating seeking is not supported for this stream.
CanWrite Gets a value of false indicating that this stream is not writeable.
IsStreamOwner Get/set flag indicating ownership of underlying stream. When the flag is true Close will close the underlying stream also.
Length A value representing the length of the stream in bytes.
Position The current position within the stream. Throws a NotSupportedException when attempting to set the position

Public Instance Methods

BeginRead (inherited from Stream) Begins an asynchronous read operation.
BeginWrite Entry point to begin an asynchronous write. Always throws a NotSupportedException.
Close Closes the input stream. When IsStreamOwner is true the underlying stream is also closed.
CreateObjRef (inherited from MarshalByRefObject) Creates an object that contains all the relevant information required to generate a proxy used to communicate with a remote object.
EndRead (inherited from Stream) Waits for the pending asynchronous read to complete.
EndWrite (inherited from Stream) Ends an asynchronous write operation.
Equals (inherited from Object) Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object.
Flush Flushes the baseInputStream
GetHashCode (inherited from Object) Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table.
GetLifetimeService (inherited from MarshalByRefObject) Retrieves the current lifetime service object that controls the lifetime policy for this instance.
GetType (inherited from Object) Gets the Type of the current instance.
InitializeLifetimeService (inherited from MarshalByRefObject) Obtains a lifetime service object to control the lifetime policy for this instance.
Read Decompresses data into the byte array
ReadByte (inherited from Stream) Reads a byte from the stream and advances the position within the stream by one byte, or returns -1 if at the end of the stream.
Seek Sets the position within the current stream Always throws a NotSupportedException
SetLength Set the length of the current stream Always throws a NotSupportedException
Skip Skip specified number of bytes of uncompressed data
ToString (inherited from Object) Returns a String that represents the current Object.
Write Writes a sequence of bytes to stream and advances the current position This method always throws a NotSupportedException
WriteByte Writes one byte to the current stream and advances the current position Always throws a NotSupportedException

baseInputStream Base stream the inflater reads from.
csize The compressed size
inf Decompressor for this stream
inputBuffer Input buffer for this stream.

Protected Instance Methods

CreateWaitHandle (inherited from Stream) Allocates a WaitHandle object.
Fill Fills the buffer with more data to decompress.
Finalize (inherited from Object) Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection.
MemberwiseClone (inherited from Object) Creates a shallow copy of the current Object.
StopDecrypting Clear any cryptographic state.
